BYOB Throwing Taster Classes and BYOB Queer Throwing Taster Classes are relaxed, social 2-hour pottery experiences designed for complete beginners.

Whether you're trying the wheel for the first time, coming with friends, on a date, or simply looking for a creative evening out, these sessions are all about having fun with clay in a welcoming atmosphere.

Bring your favourite drink, settle in, and learn the basics of wheel throwing in our vibrant Brixton studio. Our teachers will guide you through preparing your clay, centering on the wheel, and creating simple thrown forms, with plenty of encouragement along the way.

You'll choose your favourite piece to be fired and glazed by our team and ready for collection a few weeks later. Additional pieces can be kept for £10 each.

Our BYOB Queer Throwing Taster offers the same introduction to wheel throwing within a welcoming LGBTQ+ community space, creating an opportunity to meet new people, make something with your hands, and enjoy a creative evening together.

What to Bring
Wear comfy clothes, short nails help, and long hair should be tied back. Aprons provided.
