During the Class
What should I wear to a class?
Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting messy. We provide aprons, but clay has a way of finding its way onto your outfit!
How long are the classes, and what do they include?
Classes typically run for 90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the session type. They include all materials, tools, and guidance from our instructors.
What should I do if I have long nails?
Long nails can make working with clay a bit tricky, but it’s not impossible! We’ll show you techniques to work around them.
Can I eat or drink in the studio?
We encourage bringing a bottle of water. Food is best enjoyed outside the studio. For BYOB or private sessions, you’re welcome to bring drinks from our friends at London Beer Lab — just a few arches down.
After the Class
Can I take my finished pieces home?
Yes! All your work will be fired and glazed. This takes around 4–5 weeks. Once they’re ready, you’ll be emailed to collect them.
Note: Collection emails sometimes land in junk/promotions folders. If you haven’t heard from us within 5 weeks, please get in touch.
What if I want to glaze my own pieces?
Some classes include glazing. We also run dedicated glazing workshops if you’d like to return for that part of the process.
Memberships & Access
Do you offer memberships or open studio access?
Yes! We have memberships for those who want to work more independently. Members get access to our facilities during open hours and can book additional firings.
Do you offer kiln hire?
Only when purchased alongside wheel and bench session please discuss this with our onsite team, we do not fire found clay, or clay from outside the studio.
Private Events
Can I book a private event or group class?
Definitely! We host private classes for birthdays, team-building, hen parties, and more. Contact us via email to discuss details and availability.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available online or in the studio — perfect for pottery lovers.

Is there parking available near the studio?
