Terms & Conditions

We’re so excited to have you here! Our mission is to provide a welcoming and creative environment where everyone can enjoy the magic of ceramics. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ve outlined a few important guidelines below.

General Studio Policies

Health and Safety:

  • To keep everyone safe, we ask all participants to follow the safety instructions given during sessions.

  • Closed-toe shoes are required in the studio.

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless attending a dedicated children’s class.

Personal Belongings:

  • Please take care of your personal items while at the studio. While we’ll do our best to keep the space secure, we can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

Work Collection:

  • Once your pieces have been fired, we’ll let you know they’re ready for pickup. Work must be collected within three months of notification, as we have limited storage. Any unclaimed pieces will be discarded after this time.

Photography:

  • We love capturing the joy of creating! From time to time, we may take photos during workshops for promotional use. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know.

Individual Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation:

  • Your spot is secured once full payment has been made.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • 14 days or more before the session: You can get a full refund minus a £10 booking fee or reschedule for a future class.

  • 7–14 days before the session: A 50% refund or the option to reschedule is available.

  • Less than 7 days before the session: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or rescheduling.

Missed Classes:

  • If you’re unable to attend a session in a 6-week course, we encourage you to book a make-up class during the same term. Make-up classes depend on availability and can’t be carried over to a future term.

Group Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation:

  • A minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your group booking. The balance is due 10 days before the session date.

Group Size:

  • Private bookings require a minimum of 6 participants, and the maximum will depend on the type of workshop and our studio capacity.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible!

  • 20 days or more before the session: You’ll receive a full refund minus a £10 booking fee per participant or can reschedule your group.

  • 7–14 days before the session: The deposit is non-refundable, but we’ll happily reschedule your session.

  • Less than 7 days before the session: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or rescheduling.

Changes to Numbers:

  • Please confirm your final participant count 7 days before the session. We can’t offer refunds for reductions in numbers after this point.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but availability isn’t guaranteed.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be taken within 6 months of your original booking.

Additional Notes

  • In the rare case that we need to cancel a session (e.g., instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
